| Description | JoomGallery 1.0.0 Update-zip. This zip is suitable to update older versions of the JoomGallery 1.0 (BETA 7/20/2008 and above) to the current version.
Updating the PonyGallery ML is not possible with this script.
Installation:
- Backup the existing version of JoomGallery if not already done
- Extract the update zip locally
- Transfer ALL folders/files in the corresponding folders to your server (existing files have to be overwritten)
for those with wwwrun-problems: transfer the files with e.g. eXtplorer to avoid wrong file permissions and not deletable files
- After the transfer you have to invoke the configuration manager to start database modifications automatically
- Check the messages from the upddate scripts. No red entries should be shown.
- Save the configuration with the configuration manager to add any new options
